SCRA is pleased to announce its decision to continue with the Technology Incentive Program for the sewn products industry. What does this mean? Quite simply, an incentive for sewn products manufacturers, associations and academia to try the JDT21 product.

The heart of JDT21 - its dynamic sequencing capabilities - is an outgrowth of manufacturing expertise SCRA acquired in developing innovative manufacturing technologies that reduced the challenges faced by the military in the rapid acquisition of non-standard parts. In teaming with [TC]², SCRA realized the potential benefits that this dynamic sequencing technology would provide to the sewn products manufacturers as they respond to the increasing variations of the marketplace.

SCRA recognizes that these computer-based concepts and technologies are relatively new among small manufacturers in the sewn products industry. We are so convinced of the potential value and benefits of this technology to today's cut/sew industry that we will make the software available on a no-fee basis. We hope that sewn products manufacturers will explore JDT21 and learn how the change to dynamic scheduling can improve their bottom line and prepare them to respond effectively in the world class environment of the 21^st Century.
